Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on sensualsingapore.blog.
Digital Content Policy
Because we sell digital content that is delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
This includes:
- Individual title purchases
- Credit package purchases
- Subscription payments
- Redeemed rewards
Discretionary Refunds
Notwithstanding the general policy above, we may grant refunds at our sole discretion for genuine issues, including:
Technical problems
- Content that cannot be accessed due to a verified technical fault on our side
- Downloads that are corrupted or incomplete
- Missing content from a delivered order
Payment issues
- Unauthorized charges (chargebacks should be raised only after contacting us)
- Duplicate charges due to a technical error
- Incorrect amount charged
Other
- Charges resulting from clear account fraud (someone using your card without authorization)
What is NOT Refundable
Refunds will NOT be granted for:
- Buyer’s remorse or changed opinion about content
- Not enjoying or being dissatisfied with content
- Failure to read content warnings before purchase
- Content that has been accessed, downloaded, or consumed
- Subscription cancellations for the remaining subscription period (subscription continues until end of paid period, then does not renew)
- Credits that have been redeemed
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
How to Request a Refund
To request a discretionary refund:
- Email us at James@sensualsingapore.com within 14 days of the purchase
- Include your order number, purchase date, and reason for the refund request
- Provide any supporting information (screenshots of technical issues, etc.)
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Chargebacks
We take chargebacks seriously. Before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster and more amicably.
Unwarranted chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and being blocked from future purchases.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation:
- Prevents future renewal charges
- Does NOT refund the current subscription period
- Access continues until the end of the current paid period
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval.
